Delivery Conditions

All commodity parcels will go through complete standardized pre-delivery inspection procedures before official outbound delivery from the warehouse. The inspection scope covers packaging firmness, anti-collision protection integrity, overall item completeness and accessory matching status, ensuring all parcels meet formal delivery standards. After successful formal handover to professional logistics service providers, the qualified parcels will enter standardized socialized logistics circulation channels and follow unified transit scheduling rules and route arrangement specifications for sequential transportation.
During the whole logistics circulation process, various unforeseen objective factors such as environmental changes, logistics resource allocation and node congestion may cause reasonable changes in the original estimated transit progress and delivery cycle. We will continuously and stably follow up the real-time logistics status of all parcels, conduct timely communication and in-depth coordination with relevant logistics operators, and adopt targeted feasible measures to steadily promote delivery progress. For individual special transit conditions and complex abnormal scenarios, we will implement differentiated targeted disposal methods to fully protect the legitimate delivery rights and interests of users to the greatest extent.
